Zora offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings.
If we offer a free trial, you may be required to provide payment information at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the regular subscription fee.
All purchases are final and non refundable except where required by law or by the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including chat messages, palm photos, and birth data. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, store, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zora and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where such jurisdiction is prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the latest version. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
