Delete Your Account

App name: Zora. Developer: Metaieb LLC

You can delete your Zora account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what is retained for legal or technical reasons.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

Step 1 Open the Zora app and sign in to your account.

Step 2 Go to Profile (bottom-right tab) → Settings.

Step 3 Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.

Step 4 Confirm the deletion. Your account and all its data will be removed within 24 hours.

Option 2: Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to contact@ask-zora.com with the subject line Delete my account.

Include in the email:

The email address you used to sign up
Your first name (optional, for verification)

We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Profile information: name, email, birth date, time, place
Lifestyle data: relationship status, work status, children info
All chat history with Zora
All palm scan photos and palm reading history
All relationships data (partner, ex, boss, family, friends, children you shared)
Subscription state and palm credit balance
Daily card history and personalization settings
Push notification tokens

What is retained

Data type	Retention	Reason
Encrypted backups	Up to 90 days	Standard cloud backup rotation. Backups are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Transaction records	7 years	Required by tax and accounting law (US, EU). Records are pseudonymized and not linked to personal identity after account deletion.
Aggregated analytics	Indefinite	Anonymous, non identifiable usage statistics (no link to your name, email or any personal field).

Subscription cancellation

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Apple and Google manage subscriptions separately. To stop being charged, also cancel your subscription:

iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Zora Premium → Cancel.
Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zora Premium → Cancel.
